About the Role
Assist customers with purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain store displays. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking.

- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
- Coordinate returns and exchanges.
- Keep the store clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Cash handling experience.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Crophetic understanding of retail trends.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
