About the Role
We are hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff. In this role, you will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Change bed linens and maintain cleanliness
- Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in the state
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare setting
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- CPR certification preferred
