Sunset Hospitality Group seeks a front desk agent for our Orlando resort. You’ll provide exceptional guest service, manage reservations, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
Responsibilities
- Process guest registrations
- Handle phone inquiries
- Promote hotel amenities
- Resolve guest complaints
- Manage cash drawer
- Coordinate with housekeeping
Requirements
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Property management system knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking ability
- Flexibility for night shifts
