About the Role
Bright Horizon Academy seeks a passionate Elementary School Teacher to foster student growth in a collaborative environment. Deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and participate in school community events.
Responsibilities
- Develop lesson plans aligned with state standards
- Differentiate instruction for diverse learners
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences
- Administer standardized assessments
- Supervise classroom activities
- Integrate technology into instruction
- Collaborate with special education staff
Requirements
- BA/BS in Education or related field
- State teaching certification (K-6)
- 2+ years classroom experience preferred
- Knowledge of Common Core standards
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to pass background check
- First Aid/CPR certification
