About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care. The role involves administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, and collaborating with healthcare teams. You will play a crucial role in improving patient outcomes and ensuring a safe and supportive healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and record medical histories.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide holistic care.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of employment.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- One year of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
