About the Role
Support our CEO and executive team as an Executive Assistant, ensuring efficient communication and administrative processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage CEO’s schedule and meetings.
- Act as a point of contact between CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
