Job Description
About the Role
Compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant needed to provide quality care for our residents. You’ll assist nurses with patient care tasks in a nursing home setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing)
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse)
- Prepare residents for meals and feed as needed
- Perform simple procedures like catheter care
- Turn and reposition bedridden patients regularly
- Report resident changes to supervising nurses
Requirements
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- CPR certified
- 1+ years of experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
