About the Role
Lead the logistics operations at SupplyLink Logistics as a Warehouse Supervisor. Oversee inventory management, shipping/receiving, and team safety protocols in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse staff scheduling
- Supervise shipping/receiving and order fulfillment
- Implement safety/security procedures for facility
- Conduct employee training on warehouse processes
- Develop relationships with transportation carriers
- Coordinate with production teams to optimize supply chain operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply chain management preferred
- 3+ years warehouse/logistics experience
- Proficient with warehouse management software
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Detail-oriented with inventory tracking experience
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and forklift operations
