About the Role
Join our hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent and provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in and check-out experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check guests in and out, process payments, and handle reservations.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.

- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
