About the Role
Looking for an enthusiastic 3rd Grade Teacher to create engaging lesson plans and foster a positive learning environment. You’ll help students develop foundational skills in reading, math, and science while supporting their social-emotional growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans
- Assess student progress regularly
- Maintain classroom discipline
- Communicate with parents/guardians
- Attend staff meetings and trainings
- Differentiate instruction for diverse learners
- Maintain classroom materials and records
Requirements
- State teaching certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- 2+ years teaching experience preferred
- Knowledge of Common Core standards
- Strong classroom management skills
- Patience and creativity
- Ability to pass background check
