About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead our team in implementing and managing healthcare IT projects. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, manage project timelines, and ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Manage healthcare IT projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Lead project teams, including developers, analysts, and subject matter experts
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and issue resolution
- Set up and maintain project management tools and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT project management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, such as EHR, EMR, and HIS
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, or similar project management methodologies
