About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Public Safety Officer for our community in Denver, CO. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of residents and visitors by patrolling the area, responding to incidents, and enforcing regulations.
Responsibilities
- Patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security
- Respond to and investigate incidents
- Enforce community regulations and policies
- Provide assistance to residents and visitors
- Maintain accurate incident reports
- Collaborate with local law enforcement as needed
- Conduct safety inspections and assessments
- Participate in emergency response drills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Knowledge of safety and security best practices
- Physical ability to perform patrol duties
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid state security license
