Deliver exceptional guest experiences as the first point of contact at Sunshine Hospitality Group’s Orlando resort. Handle reservations, concierge services, and conflict resolution.
Responsibilities
- Process check-ins/check-outs
- Upsell room upgrades
- Manage PCI-compliant payments
- Handle 100+ daily calls
- Coordinate with housekeeping
- Resolve guest complaints
- Maintain lost & found
Requirements
- 1+ year hospitality experience
- PMS system proficiency
- Fluency in English/Spanish
- Professional appearance
- Night shift availability
- Basic accounting skills
- Positive attitude
