About the Role

Support the operations of a mission-driven non-profit organization focused on community impact and social justice. Coordinate outreach efforts, manage events, and provide administrative support to various programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate community engagement activities, advocacy campaigns, and volunteer opportunities
  • Manage logistical and administrative duties for conferences, workshops, and awareness events
  • Support grant writing efforts by assisting with research, data collection, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate and updated donor and volunteer databases using CRM software
  • Collaborate with program coordinators to optimize operational efficiencies and resource allocation
  • Perform basic accounting tasks, including budget tracking and record-keeping

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in non-profit administration, public service, or social justice preferred
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of grant writing, fundraising, and program evaluation methods
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems
