Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for high-risk surgical procedures
- Manage post-operative pain management protocols
- Supervise CRNA teams in operating rooms
- Participate in clinical trial design and execution
- Develop department quality improvement initiatives
- Provide emergency airway management services
- Mentor residents and fellows
Requirements
- MD/DO from accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- 5+ years clinical experience in academic medical center
- Fellowship training in critical care or pain management
- Active Minnesota medical license
- Experience with transplant and ECMO cases preferred
