Maintain 200-room beachfront property through preventative maintenance and prompt repairs. Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving maintenance requests quickly and professionally.

- Respond to guest requests

Requirements
- 3+ years maintenance
- CPO certification
- EPA 608 preferred
- Basic electrical skills
- Valid driver’s license
