About the Role
Join our healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care facility. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient health, and contribute to a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs and health changes.
- Help with mobility and range-of-motion exercises.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment.
- Communicate effectively with nurses and family members.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the state of Florida.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to lift and assist residents as needed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
