Job Description

About the Role

Qualify and develop leads, scheduling appointments for our sales team, and helping to drive our revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and build new pipeline through outbound outreach
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generation targets
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and align on messaging
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and participate in regular training sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding pipeline generation targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and competitive attitude
