Responsibilities
- Research novel NLP and deep learning architectures
- Develop scalable training techniques for foundation models
- Publish findings at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Collaborate with product teams on real-world applications
- Mentor research engineers and interns
- Evaluate emerging AI techniques and hardware
- Manage GPU cluster utilization
- Contribute to ethical AI frameworks
Requirements
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science or related
- 5+ publications at leading AI conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch and large-scale distributed training
- Knowledge of transformer architectures and RLHF
- Experience training models with 1B+ parameters
- Proficiency in CUDA optimization techniques
- Strong mathematical foundation
- Proven ability to bridge research and production
