Lead $2B+ leveraged buyouts and growth equity investments in the technology sector for our Tactical Opportunities fund.
Responsibilities
- Source proprietary deals in enterprise software vertical
- Negotiate transaction terms with founders
- Manage portfolio company value creation plans
- Raise capital from institutional LPs
- Execute exit strategies via IPO/strategic sale
Requirements
- 10+ years PE experience
- MBA from HBS/Stanford/Wharton
- Proven carried interest earnings
- CFA charter holder
- Network of tech founder relationships
