About the Role
Pioneer predictive analytics that revolutionize oncology treatment pathways at GenoSynergy Health. Leveraging multi-modal clinical data, you’ll develop survival analysis models that inform therapeutic strategies for 1M+ patients. Partner with biomedical researchers to create FDA-submission-ready analytical frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Analyze genomic, imaging, and EHR datasets
- Build causal ML models for treatment efficacy prediction
- Develop framework for RWE clinical trial augmentation
- Validate models against Phase III trial outcomes
- Collaborate with FDA on computational biomarker validation
- Implement federated learning for multi-institutional data access
- Mentor computational biology team
Requirements
- PhD in Biostatistics, Computational Biology, or related
- 8+ years experience with clinical trial datasets
- Expertise in R/Python for biomedical ML
- Knowledge of OMOP/HL7/FHIR data standards
- Publication record in peer-reviewed medical journals
- Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations
- Experience with high-performance bioinformatics tooling
