About the Role
Our distribution center is seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to join our fulfillment team. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided)
- Receive and process incoming stock
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and reading skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for entire shift
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
- Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
