About the Role
NVIDIA is hiring an AI Engineering Manager to lead teams developing GPU-accelerated machine learning frameworks. Drive innovation in deep learning infrastructure used by millions of developers.
Responsibilities
- Manage 10+ engineers across CUDA and TensorRT teams
- Optimize neural network inference performance
- Architect distributed training systems
- Collaborate with research teams on new GPU architectures
- Define product roadmap with C-suite stakeholders
- Implement ML Ops pipelines for enterprise deployment
Requirements
- MS/PhD in Computer Science
- 8+ years ML engineering experience
- Expert in CUDA programming
- Proven track record leading AI product launches
- Deep knowledge of PyTorch/TensorFlow internals
- Publications at NeurIPS/ICML (preferred)
