About the Role
Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a difference in the lives of our residents. You will provide essential care and support to patients in a long-term care facility, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and report any changes in residents’ conditions
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in the state of California
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move patients
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
- CPR certification
