Job Description
About the Role
Assemble precision components for medical devices at Cascade Circuit Systems. Work on circuit board population stations following schematics and quality control protocols. Contribute to production metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Hand-assemble components per assembly documents
- Perform soldering to J-standard requirements
- Conduct basic functional tests of assembled units
- Meet daily production and quality metrics
- Maintain cleanroom protocols (Class 7)
- Participate in root cause analysis of assembly issues
- Support engineering change implementation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years formal electronics assembly experience
- Basic soldering skills
- Ability to follow complex assembly instructions
- Manual dexterity for small component handling
- Basic proficiency with digital inspection tools
- Willingness to work cleanroom pajama suits
