About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate at AllState Logistics, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining our efficient distribution operations. You’ll manage inventory, ensure product accuracy, and support our customer-focused delivery process.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and shelve incoming stock
- Pick items for customer orders using handheld scanners
- Pack boxes securely to prevent damage during transit
- Operate forklift or pallet jack in adherence to safety guidelines
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in warehouse environment preferred
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems
