Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Support mobility and physical therapy routines
- Document care provided and report changes
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Provide emotional support to residents and families
- Assist during meal times ensuring dietary needs
Requirements
- State CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compassion and patience for elderly care
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Must pass background screening
