About the Role
Provide compassionate patient care at a busy community healthcare facility. Manage medication administration, wound care, and patient monitoring under RN supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic diagnostic tests
- Monitor and record patient vitals
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks
- Document patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients on care plans
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Arizona
- CPR certification
- 1+ years clinical experience
- Basic computer proficiency
- Physical stamina for 12-hour shifts
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
