About the Role
CareWell Community Clinic seeks a compassionate LPN to support patient care in a fast-paced community health setting. You’ll work closely with RNs and physicians to deliver vital healthcare services to underserved populations.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Educate patients on health maintenance
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary care teams
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in Texas
- 1+ years clinical experience
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with EHR systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Flexibility for evening shifts
