About the Role
Lead the development of cutting-edge ML solutions that transform enterprise data into actionable insights at ScaleAI Systems. You’ll spearhead deep learning initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and deploy scalable models powering real-time decision systems. Your work will directly enhance our AI-driven analytics platform used by Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities
- Design/implement ML pipelines for computer vision and NLP systems
- Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning and architecture improvements
- Develop automated model training, validation, and deployment workflows
- Collaborate with data engineers to streamline data ingestion processes
- Translate business requirements into technical ML solutions
- Implement MLOps practices for continuous integration and monitoring
- Conduct research on latest advancements in transformer architectures
Requirements
- PhD/MS in Computer Science or related quantitative field
- 5+ years production-level experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Expertise in distributed training (Spark, Ray, or similar)
- Strong Python skills with cloud deployment experience (AWS/GCP)
- Portfolio of deployed ML models in Kubernetes environments
- Proven publication record in ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience with CUDA optimization and hardware acceleration
