About the Role
Join Growth Street Capital to provide financial modeling and investment analysis for middle-market commercial real estate. You’ll evaluate project feasibility, track portfolio performance, and support capital raising documents in a dynamic firm focused on value-add acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Build detailed project pro forma models in Excel
- Prepare investment committee memos
- Perform comparative market analysis
- Evaluate property operating statements
- Support asset management reporting
- Monitor debt covenant compliance
- Assist in capital call distributions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics
- 2+ years real estate finance experience
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Familiarity with Argus preferred
- Strong understanding of IRR and cash flow metrics
- Ability to synthesize complex underwriting
- Lifetime background check required
