About the Role
Inspire and educate young students. Develop and implement lesson plans. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment to foster student growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver instruction aligned with state and national standards.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other educators
- Integrate technology into lesson plans and activities.
- Participate in school events and activities.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences and maintain open communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
- State-issued teaching certification.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with young students.
- Basic knowledge of curriculum development and assessment methods.
- Proficiency in using education technology tools
- Experience with diverse student populations.
