Inspire young minds and foster their growth in a diverse learning environment. Develop lesson plans, manage the classroom, and collaborate with school staff to create a positive learning experience.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
- Assess student learning and track progress
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive classroom environment
- Collaborate with special education teachers, school counselors, and other staff to support students
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification
- Experience working with children, preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage classroom effectively
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
