About the Role
Join our compassionate team at Green Valley Healthcare Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing essential daily care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. You’ll assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and monitoring vital signs while maintaining a supportive and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Monitor and document vital signs
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support to residents and families
- Maintain clean and organized care areas
- Follow infection control protocols
- Report changes in condition to nursing staff
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in state of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in long-term care preferred
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication skills
- Physical stamina for frequent lifting/moving
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
