Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and lead to assigned tables
- Upsell appetizers, drink specials, and house desserts
- Take food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and upselling
- Serve food and drinks promptly from the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to expedite orders
Requirements
- Previous fine dining or high-volume service experience
- Ability to multitask and meet customer requests efficiently
- Strong knowledge of wine, craft beers, and food presentation
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
