About the Role
We are looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide essential care to patients in our skilled nursing facility. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient health, and supporting our nursing team.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in Illinois
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to perform job duties
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends
