About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the medical team to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient vital signs and conditions.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with medical protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Active RN license.
- Strong clinical skills and experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of medical software and tools.
