About the Role
Lead the development of scalable cloud-native applications for a fast-growing fintech startup. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-impact features that enhance user experience. Own the full software lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize backend systems for low-latency transaction processing
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Integrate blockchain technologies for secure data handling
- Monitor production systems using Datadog and New Relic
- Develop API gateways with GraphQL and REST
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java
- Proven experience with AWS/GCP and serverless architectures
- Deep understanding of distributed systems design
- Strong knowledge of database scaling (PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Familiarity with financial compliance standards (PCI DSS, SOC 2)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
