About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic CFO to join our Board and oversee all financial operations. Drive revenue growth through data-driven leadership across a high-growth manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year financial growth strategies in partnership with CEO
- Optimize cash flow management and financial controls
- Lead monthly budget reviews and executive reporting
- Oversee financial planning & analysis team
- Partner with VP of Operations on cost optimization strategies
- Guide capital investment planning + debt financing
- Manage annual audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Direct investor relations and financial communications
Requirements
- CPA or equivalent professional accounting certification
- 10+ years progressive financial leadership experience
- Strong expertise in manufacturing/industrial finance
- Proven track record of profit improvement + strategic cost management
- MBA or advanced business degree
- Ability to simplify complex data for non-financial stakeholders
