About the Role
Lead the development of scalable cloud-based solutions for a fast-growing fintech platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy mission-critical applications. This role directly impacts millions of users managing financial assets.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop microservices using Go and Python
- Optimize AWS infrastructure for cost and performance
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Docker
- Design secure APIs for high-volume transactions
- Collaborate with product team on feature prioritization
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java
- Proven experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Strong knowledge of relational databases
- Experience building RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Computer Science degree or equivalent
