About the Role
Our team is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to develop and implement predictive models, improve our recommendation system, and drive business insights.
Responsibilities
- Drive data analysis and model creation to improve recommendation algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decisions
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure
- Design and conduct A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure impact
- Communicate complex data findings and insights to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data science or a similar role
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field (PhD is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Hive)
- Excellent statistical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
