About the Role
Lead our healthcare analytics team to develop AI-driven solutions that improve patient outcomes. You’ll translate clinical data insights into predictive models and oversee deployment across hospital networks. This role drives strategic decisions through robust data analysis of millions of patient records.
Responsibilities
- Manage team of data scientists and ML engineers on multidisciplinary projects
- Design end-to-end ML pipelines for risk prediction models in healthcare
- Develop NLP solutions for electronic health record analysis and pattern recognition
- Present data insights and model interpretations to executive leadership
- Collaborate with clinicians to identify high-impact research opportunities
- Establish MLOps standards including model monitoring and CI/CD processes
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and ethical data governance policies
Requirements
- PhD in Computational Biology, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- 7+ years experience implementing machine learning in healthcare environments
- Expertise with TensorFlow/PyTorch and healthcare data standards (HL7/FHIR)
- Proven ability to deploy models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Publication record in peer-reviewed journals or conferences
- Experience with SQL, BigQuery, and big data technologies (Spark/Hadoop)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
