About the Role
Lead nationwide rollout of telehealth programs serving 2M+ patients. Drive clinical workflow optimization and virtual care expansion. You’ll manage a $40M budget while improving patient outcomes through virtual-first healthcare delivery models across 32 states.
Responsibilities
- Scale telehealth platform operations to 50 new facilities
- Develop KPIs for clinical quality and patient satisfaction
- Manage vendor relationships with Epic and Teladoc Health
- Oversee 120+ clinical operations staff
- Implement workflow automation solutions
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations
- Analyze ROI on virtual care initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years healthcare leadership experience
- MBA or MHA degree preferred
- Proven success scaling telehealth programs
- Deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement models
- Experience with Epic EHR integration
- Knowledge of Medicare telemedicine guidelines
- Six Sigma/Lean Healthcare certification
