About the Role
We need a cybersecurity leader to oversee all security operations, incident response and policy development. You’ll report directly to the CTO and shape our security future.
Responsibilities
- Develop holistic cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals
- Manage team of security analysts + incident responders
- Implement security awareness programs for all employees
- Conduct regular penetration tests and vulnerability assessments
- Ensure compliance with major frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Develop disaster recovery & business continuity plans
- Partner with product teams to integrate secure by design principles
Requirements
- 10+ years cybersecurity experience in technology environments
- Proven track record managing security teams
- Strong understanding of threat modeling + risk assessment
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure)
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Security
