Responsibilities
- Develop new commercial lending opportunities
- Underwrite loans up to $10M
- Prepare credit memoranda
- Monitor portfolio risk
- Cross-sell treasury management services
- Maintain regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Business
- 5+ years commercial lending experience
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Knowledge of SBA 7a/504 programs
- Existing NYC business network
- Series 79/63 licenses
