About the Role
Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and provide compassionate care to patients in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and support the nursing staff. Your role is critical in ensuring patient comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Maintain cleanliness of patient areas
- Follow care plans and report changes to nurses
- Assist with feeding and hydration
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the state
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- CPR certification preferred
