About the Role
We’re hiring a Financial Analyst to join our corporate finance team. You’ll analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts
- Analyze financial performance vs. budget and prior periods
- Develop financial models to support decision-making
- Assist with budgeting and planning processes
- Identify trends and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with various business units on financial items
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare presentations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
