About the Role
Green Meadows Rehabilitation Center needs full-time CNAs for our 200-bed facility. Provide direct patient care under RN supervision, assist with ADLs, and support recovery goals in post-acute care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor vital signs q4h
- Assist with mobility transfers
- Document I&O records
- Provide peri-care and hygiene
- Respond to call lights
- Escort patients to therapies
- Maintain clean equipment
Requirements
- State CNA certification
- BLS certification
- 6mo+ LTC experience
- Physical stamina for 12hr shifts
- Fluency in Spanish/Russian preferred
- Negative TB test
- Valid CPR card
