About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and launch of new products. This role requires a strategic thinker who can orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement product strategy and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Develop product requirements and specifications
- Ensure products meet business and user needs through rigorous testing
- Manage product launches and post-launch activities
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions
- Communicate product vision and roadmaps to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in product management (5+ years)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Experience with user research and data analysis
- familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Trello)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Experience with Agile methodologies
