We’re seeking an Executive Assistant with exceptional organizational skills to support the CEO of HealthMatrix, LLC. This is a hybrid remote role requiring excellent interpersonal communications and cross-departmental coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage travel arrangements and calendar scheduling
- Prepare executive presentations and board materials
- Facilitate internal communications and project timelines
- Oversee vendor negotiations and expense reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years executive administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and discretion handling sensitive information
